Sugar Free Ketchup 


Homemade and refined sugar-free ketchup

10 tomatoes pureed*
1/4 cup raw honey (or coconut nectar)
1/2 cup organic white vinegar
1/4 cup filtered water
3/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 clove garlic chopped

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat; whisk until smooth.
Reduce heat to low after it starts boiling and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat.

Let cool.

Keep refrigerated with a tight lid container
NOTE: We recommend you make your own tomato paste/puree and keep refrigerated.

Pureed tomatoes*:
Rinse tomatoes and put in boiling water for 3 minutes until skin comes off.
Peel tomatoes and puree in a blender
Add a dash of Himalayan pink salt (We recommend: Celtic sea salt or Himalayan pink salt. (No table salt please).
