Rice Pudding


4 cups cooked brown rice
1 qt. milk
1/2 pound raisins (about 1. 1/2 cups)
5 eggs, lightly beaten
1 Table. spoon or less stevia ground leaf
6 Table. spoon butter cut up
1 Table. spoon pure vanilla extract

Place all ingredient in a 3-qt. casserole; mix well. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 F. oven for about 25 minutes; stir well. Bake 1 hour longer or until pudding is set.
