RAW HUMMUS RECIPE (from TPH listener Phyllis)

1 cup chickpeas (soaked for 24 hours). I rinse the water at least twice during this period of time.

5 garlic cloves

1/3 cup of lemon juice

1/2 cup of olive oil (or more if desired)

2 1/2 Tbsp. of Chickpea Miso

2 1/2 Tbsp. of Raw Tahini

1 jalapeno pepper

I place all ingredients in blender and blend till fine.
