Coconut Chocolate Bar 


Coconut Chocolate Bar Recipe from Amy Schrom

5 tbls of organic coconut oil
5 tbls of organic coconut cream (the meat of the coconut) this can be left out, but I like it in)
5 tbls of organic coco
5 tbls of organic grated coconut, chopped to desired coarseness
3 tbls of any chopped nuts you like (optional)
3 tbls (to taste) of organic sweetener of your choice: honey, agave syrup, stevia, etc.

Mix all ingredients well and put in fridge to set up, then enjoy! This recipe can be doubled or tripled.

Sadly I have been unable to figure out how to make this 'shelf stable' so that it can sit out of the fridge, so if anyone has any ideas on how to do that, please, I'd like to hear them!
